Enrolling Your Child

Children are admitted to the school according to the following procedure:

  1. Fill out and sign all application forms.
  2. Read the School Handbook.
  3. A parent/student interview will then be scheduled.
  4. Parents will be notified as quickly as possible.
  5. Enrollment fees due and tuition payment schedule is then arranged. (Enrollment fees include achievement tests, ACSI student activities & membership, liability insurance.)

Enrollment Fees

Returning Students:

Grades 1 through 12:

  1. $125 1st child. $100 for each additional child.
    Fee includes:
    • Achievement Testing
    • ACSI Student Activities
    • ACSI Membership and Liability Insurance

Preschool & Kindergarten:

  1. $75.00 per child due at time of enrollment.

New Students

  1. $125 1st child. $100 for each additional child. ($75.00 for preschool).

Book Materials For All Students

Preschool & Kindergarten:

$125.00 per student, due July 1st unless other arrangements have been made.

Grades 1 through 12:

$225.00 per student, due July 1st unless other arrangements have been made.

Tuition is computed for the school year. It may be paid yearly, by semester, or in ten equal payments with the first being due by September. If desired, July and August can be used for the payment of the materials fee. Subsequent payments are due the first of each month and the last is due June 1st. If you decide to withdraw your child, payment must be made for the full quarter. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 5th (Rom. 13:7-8) $25.00 will be charged for checks that are returned by the bank.

Family Discounts

  • Enroll a 2nd & 3rd child and receive 10% discount.
  • The maximum tuition for a family is $6,310 (or $631 monthly).

Service Hours

24 hours are required per family for students in grades 1 through 12. A cash payment of $10.00 for each hour not worked may be made.


$5,000.00 in scrip is to be purchased for students in grades 1 through 12. A one time payment of $250.00 may be made in place of scrip purchase. Family and friends can purchase scrip and credit it to your account.

Scrip and service hours are not required for kindergarten and preschool, however, scrip is recommended and encouraged.

Age for Enrollment

California State law requires that a student entering pre-school must be three years old and those entering kindergarten must be five years old by December 1st.

Medical Guidelines

State law requires all preschool and kindergarten students to have the required immunizations prior to the start of school. State law also requires all first graders to have a medical exam. Forms and other information are available in the school office. Those entering seventh grade need to provide proof of Hepatitis B immunization.
